Shelly Towns, Chief Marketing Officers | Marathon Health (Host)

Shelly Towns serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Marathon Health, where she leads consumer marketing, B2B marketing, brand management and communications. Prior to joining Marathon Health in 2017, Shelly spent 12 years in a variety of leadership roles at Angie’s List, including brand strategy, digital marketing and product management. Shelly is a graduate of Indiana University and was named to the Forty under 40 class in 2015 and a Woman of Influence in 2016 by the Indianapolis Business Journal. Shelly has been the host of the Marathon Health webinars for a year and loves having casual conversations with thought leaders in the employer healthcare space with the hopes everyone walks away with at least one aha moment.

Jennifer Moore, Sr. Director, Client Implementations | Marathon Health

Jennifer joined Marathon Health in January of 2020 as an Account Manager in the Northeast Region. Following her role in Account Management, she joined the Project Management Office as Senior Director, Client Implementations. Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare practice and management, including 15 years practicing as a Physical Therapist in a multitude of venues. Prior to joining Marathon Health, Jennifer worked in Implementation and Project Management for a software company specializing in medical workforce management. In this role she was responsible for delivering software implementations and account management for strategic customer accounts. Jennifer holds a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Tina Shinn, Sr. Account Executive | USI Insurance Services

Tina joined USI Insurance Services in 2014 and her primary responsibilities include the marketing and delivery of annual renewals, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance companies and conducting employee enrollment meetings and education. Tina has been involved in the employee benefits industry since 1994. Tina has over 25 years of experience as a strategic partner in building and managing employee benefit programs. Tina is a subject matter expert in health and welfare products, services and vendor/carrier markets.

Amy Crews, Human Resources Director | Wilson Tool

Amy Crews is the Human Resources Director at the Wilson Tool headquarters in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Wilson Tool is the largest independent manufacturer of customized tooling solutions for fabricators and manufacturers around the world and has been in business for 57 years. Amy received her undergraduate degree in business administration from the College of St. Catherine and brings over 20 years of experience working in HR for manufacturing companies such as Pentair, Lake Air Metal Products and Dynamic Group. In 2020, she started Crews HR Consulting and spent time helping several smaller manufacturing companies that did not have HR leadership on staff. Amy specializes in all-around HR knowledge and offers HR strategy and planning, organizational development, HR Compliance, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and talent development. She has a passion for teamwork, partnering with leaders to better support all employees, and seeks out solutions to align HR with the organization’s needs.
